By accessing or using PDFPixel (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
PDFPixel provides a collection of web utilities to convert, crop, compress, and edit PDF files and images. All conversions run locally inside your browser window. You are responsible for ensuring that your files do not violate any applicable intellectual property or local privacy laws.
3. Fees and Access
PDFPixel is currently 100% free of charge. You can convert files without limit. We reserve the right to modify services, introduce features, or update terms at any time without prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Engage in any activity that could disrupt or impair the performance of the Site.
- Attempt to scrape code, reverse-engineer compiler scripts, or compromise Site security.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services on PDFPixel are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the converters will be error-free or that they will suit every custom rendering parameter. Use the tools at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PDFPixel or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business disruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the files or converters.
